With the Superclean Pad you can equip the Jöst Guppy holder and quickly and reliably remove algae, lime and other deposits in your freshwater or saltwater aquarium.
In addition to regular and permanent water maintenance, cleaning your aquarium is also an important part. Apart from the visual factor, algae can reproduce uncontrollably if they are not removed regularly. Regular cleaning of the aquarium and its parts also ensures safe and reliable operation.
With the SuperClean Pad for the Guppy holder (Guppy holder not included) from Jöst you are perfectly equipped if you want to clean your aquarium in no time. The thick foam rubber sponge in the fish shape fits perfectly in your hand and allows you to work quickly and without fatigue because it effortlessly follows every movement. The special and innovative appearance of the guppy sponge allows you to clean even difficult to access cracks and corners in the aquarium without having to clear out the entire aquarium. The two different and interchangeable pads will help you. With the guppy holder, you reduce the risk of accidentally cutting silicone seams or even cleaning scratches in the windows. (Nevertheless, you should make sure that there are no pebbles or grains of sand when cleaning between the guppy sponge and the pane, as these would scratch the aquarium pane very well!) With the fine SuperClean pad, you can also remove dirt from plastic surfaces or decorative pieces in addition to the panes that you would normally have to laboriously remove and soak in aggressive cleaning agents. Thanks to the practical "Guppy-Mouth" you can clean the gaps of overflow shafts in no time and if you are very careful, even your large-leaved aquatic plants! To do this, you should support the leaves with one hand. You can also use it to improve any unsightly discolouration on your silicone seams!
Thanks to the various pads for the guppy holder, you can even use it to clean the outer aquarium panes and just polish them with a microfibre cloth or chamois. This not only saves you a lot of expensive cleaning agents but also makes an active contribution to environmental protection - if cleaning doesn't make you twice as happy!
